floors in enclosed building so nothing is leaking down on your boat. Building
protects your boat from storms, sun damage, barnacles, and salt water decay.
Dry Slip Dimensions: 30 feet long x 10 feet wide x 10 feet wide. Can
accommodate a fold down bimini or deck boat.
Hickory Bay Boat House amenities include owners lounge with TV, couches and
AC. Buy drinks from the lounge. 24 hour bathrooms and shower access. Rooftop
observation deck. Perfect to watch sunsets with a cocktail while watching
manatees and dolphins swim by. Onsite gas and pump out station. Electric fish
cleaning stations. Ice and refreshments.
Call ahead and they will have your boat down from the racks, in the wet slip and
